Carleigh holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Mental Health from Regis University and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Her journey in therapy began with children, expanded to supporting parents, and now includes couples, reflecting her broad experience across the lifespan.
Carleigh believes that meaningful support begins through connection—to ourselves, our feelings and experiences, and to those who are important to us. She works with individuals and couples navigating difficult life transitions, anxiety, depression, and more, using a relational approach rooted in compassion, curiosity, and authentic dialogue. She often incorporates moments of lightness and play, creating a space where clients can show up as their full selves and explore what’s possible when connection guides the work.
Fun Facts:
When she’s not in session, Carleigh enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews, a little friendly competition on the pickleball court, and adventures in the mountains.
