Meet Hayden Tralka

Hayden Tralka

(they/them)

Therapist, Licensed Social Worker (LSW)

Are you searching for an affirming space to work together towards healing? Hayden (they/them) seeks to create a supportive, therapeutic relationship where clients can truly collaborate on their care. Hayden recognizes how oppression (systemic and internalized) plays a large role in a client’s ability to thrive. They believe clients deserve more expansive mental healthcare options that center anti-carceral and liberatory practices, including honoring a client’s autonomy, expertise in themselves, and capacity for healing in community. Hayden is especially passionate about providing trans, queer, sex positive, disability/chronic illness, and neurodivergent affirming care to teens and adults.

Hayden uses a variety of therapeutic modalities in their practice to best meet their clients where they are, including parts work, narrative therapy, and other trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches. They are not afraid to get creative with finding or adapting resources, skills, and tools that work for each individual client both in and out of session!

If you are looking for an affirming place to be seen and heard as a whole person; explore internal narratives that are no longer serving you; contextualize your experiences within larger systems; and empower you individually and in community, then Hayden may be a good fit for you.

Outside of work, Hayden is often trying a new art or craft (linocutting, textiles, painting, etc.), watching their one-eyed cat sun bathe, exploring new coffee shops, and getting involved in mutual aid and organizing support.

Education: Master of Social Work from the University of Denver (DU), 2025
