(shey/they)
Therapist, MSW Intern
Khulan is an MSW Intern graduating in May 2026 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Wellbeing and Environment. She brings a thoughtful, grounded presence to her work and is passionate about supporting clients through a culturally sensitive and person-centered approach.
Khulan enjoys working with adolescents and adults ages 14+ and has particular interest in supporting individuals navigating ADHD, neurodivergence, anxiety, and the lived experiences of immigrant and POC communities. She believes that effective therapy honors the whole person, including cultural identity, lived experience, and the mind–body connection.
In her practice, Khulan integrates mindfulness-based, somatic, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and person-centered approaches to help clients build awareness, resilience, and practical tools for everyday life. Her work is grounded in collaboration and curiosity, creating a supportive space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace and feel empowered in their growth.
Fun Facts: Khulan’s name means “wild horse”—and she’s especially excited to share that during the Year of the Horse. She grew up in Southeast Denver and loves calling Colorado home.
